(Added May 24/11) We bought this one and it seemed great at first but we tested it out and the speaker couldn't hear my Mom unless she was right in front of the speaker. It took forever for anyone to answer. Brought it back and returned it.
(Added May 20/10) After researching all the Medical Alert companies, I found Bay Alarm Medical had the right stuff for my parents. No confusing contracts, family owned, longevity, and already well know for their alarms systems. Customer service is also excellent. If you're in California, ask for *** *****! She was professional and provided us with free in-home installation. I've referred several friends and family members who are also very happy.
